1. The service

Headcanon Generator provides tools to generate unofficial creative headcanons for entertainment. Random Mode uses curated templates in your browser. Features may change as we improve the product.

Headcanon Generator is an independent fan creativity tool. Generated content is unofficial and is not endorsed by any franchise, publisher, studio, or rights holder.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Create or request sexual content involving minors (anyone 17 or under)
• Promote hate, terrorism, or extreme violence
• Harass, defame, or target real private individuals
• Break applicable laws or attempt to disrupt the site
• Scrape the site in a way that harms performance or violates these Terms
• Misrepresent generated text as official canon or as endorsed by rights holders

The product is designed for SFW use. Romance options, when enabled, are still intended for non-explicit content.

4. Your content

You keep responsibility for names, notes, and edits you enter. Do not submit personal data about other people without a lawful basis. You are responsible for how you share results.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original template systems belong to Headcanon Generator or its licensors. Fan-created works you produce from outputs are your creative works, subject to third-party IP rules that apply to fan works in your jurisdiction. This site does not grant rights to any franchise, character, or trademark owned by others.

6. Advertising

The free service may be supported by advertising. Ads will not intentionally block core generate actions. Third-party ad networks have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free generation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results are fictional creative suggestions, not facts.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Headcanon Generator and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on generated content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated or if needed to protect the service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
